How do I open a Qtrade account to trade public stock?

Please complete the following steps to open a Qtrade DAP account: 

1. Complete the attached Qtrade account application. 
2. Include a clear copy of government-issued ID. 
3. Send the original application and copy of ID to Olympia at one of the addresses below.  

Upon receipt, Olympia will courier the package to Qtrade on your behalf. Opening the account can take up to two weeks from the day Olympia receives your fully completed application form.
