The annual administration fee cannot be waived. It is charged to all open accounts and is not based on your account's holdings, balance, or any transactional activity.
As your administrator for self-directed accounts, we charge the annual administration fee for the following services:
- Live support team members who handle your incoming calls and emails.
- Administrative responsibilities involved in administering investments within your registered accounts.
- Industry-leading online web portal and mobile application for easy access and management.
- Annual reporting to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
Olympia operates as a non-depository institution, meaning we don't earn interest from your investment holdings. Our fees are a flat charge, regardless of your holdings' performance or earnings. Your fees do not fluctuate with changes in investment value.
