To initiate a transfer from your Olympia account, you must first contact the financial institution where you wish to move your funds. You will need to complete the transfer authorization forms with them, after which they will submit the transfer request to Olympia for processing.
If you are transferring shares or in-kind assets, the receiving institution will determine whether they can hold your investments before proceeding with initiating the transfer.
If all documentation is in good order, the transfer request will be actioned within 10 business days upon receipt of the transfer request.
Please note that if additional information is required, the transfer process timeline may be extended.
