To reset the password for your Client Portal, complete the following steps:
- On the Portal login page, click Forgot Password.
- Enter your username (email).
- You will receive an email containing a unique token and a link to reset your password.
- Once selected, you will need to select “Verify” underneath the Unique token.
- After verified, you will be prompted to enter a new password you wish to use.
If you have not received the password reset email in your main inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still do not see the email, then the email used to create your login might differ from this current email. You may need to contact our support team at 1.877.565.0001, option 1 for further assistance.
